• All decorating and clean-up must take place within your rental time.

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking. Final payment is due 30 days before the event. There is an incidental hold of $150 due the week of the event. It will be returned to you as long as the space is left as you found it and all personal items are removed. All, trash, food, and personal items must be taken out of the venue by the renter at the checkout time. You will receive an invoice once your reservation is finished.

  • We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change or cancel a reservation. We encourage you to reschedule, if possible. All cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before your event. The guest is responsible for verifying that The Prosper Event Center has received their cancellation or request for re-booking letter. Events cancelled at least 30 calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a refund minus payment service fees. Events cancelled 1-29 days prior to the event will not receive a refund. Last-minute rescheduling is not possible. The $150 incidentals hold, if paid, will not be refundable in the event of a cancellation. The refund policy applies to ALL conditions (weather, pandemic, illness, emergencies, death, etc.). Events are eligible to be rescheduled one time and must occur within 30 days of your original event date. At the time the event is rescheduled, all events become final and are not eligible for a refund in the event of Renter cancellation. If the event must be cancelled at the request of The Prosper, a full refund will be issued minus service fees.As a small event business, our refund policy is based on the likelihood of replacing lost revenue. Events cancelled within a 29-day window are not likely to be booked by another customer, leaving us with lost opportunities for business. We thank you for your understanding.

  • The Prosper ensures the building is clean and set-up for you to come in to decorate! We set-up and tear-down tables, chairs, and linens for you! We also stock the bathroom with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. There are 4 large trash cans and those also come with trash bags.

  • All vendors must arrive and depart during your contracted rental time, not before or after. Please be sure to communicate this to your vendor ahead of time.

  • Yes we have a wall mounted IPAD you can use to stream services and log in to your apps.

  • Yes when you reserve the space you must agree to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Renters must be 25 years or older to rent the space.

  • We have lots of spacious parking at our venue.

  • We do not provide this, but we have some incredible people we know, like, and trust that we can refer to any of your needs.

  • Absolutely! We do have some arches and round metal arches we can provide for extra rental fees. Glitter, confetti, and messy substances are not allowed. Your incidentals hold will be retained if these things are brought in. Please take large decorations home with you to throw away as our trash cans are limited to other businesses around too.

  • Smoking is not permitted on site!

  • Late check-out happens sometimes! We will usually book events back-to-back with an hour between for cleaning and transition. It is important to be out of the space by your check-out time.

    If you are late leaving the building, a fee of $85 can be applied one minute past your contracted rental time. This is deducted from your Incidentals Hold. No harm, no foul on either side, we have the Hold there for things like this-life happens and people are unpredictable at times.

  • YEs we have an 85” Smart TV for presentations, slideshows, etc….

  • As the Host, you are responsible for making payment, signing the venue rental agreement, providing timely responses to our questions regarding your event, and following the check-in and check-out procedures. You and/or your co-hosts will need to take out your trash by your check-out time, clean up any major messes and/or spills, and remove all decorations, food and personal belongings by your check-out time. You will place the keys back in the lockbox and text us at the appropriate number provided to you when you exit the venue.
