    Day events check out by 4pm

    Evening events check in by 5pm or later

    Fri-Sun $120 an hour (min. 3 hours) up to 50 people

    Fri-Sun $150 an hour (min 3 hours) 50+ people

    Mon-Thurs $100 an hour (min. 2 hours) up to 50 people

    Mon-Thurs $120 an hour (min 2 hours) 50+ people

    Cleaning fee added to all events $150 (mandatory fee)

    Please note: We provide toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc…. As well as many other amenities. The cleaning fee is not optional.

    Chairs and Tables included (no tablecloths)

    Add on Tablecloths $100

    Add Black Chair covers $75 (chairs are white)

    These prices do not include weddings. Weddings will require a custom quote to be discussed.

    *Please Note- The hours you book include your set up and clean up. If you need extra time you need to book the correct hours accordingly needed for decorating/clean up.
